Frank's Pizza - Oakland

We reserved an area in the back for a surprise birthday party for my mom Yesterday. Frank's was wonderful letting us store the cake and some decor there for the day. Let the guest arrive early to decorate. The set up was perfect, the service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so helpful and patient with our huge group of family and friend. Our waitress was terrible. She acted like she never worked a day in her life. Took my order than left, not taking my friends order !!! Flagged her down to take her order. She brought me the wrong thing and took forever to bring the rest. Mine was so bad I couldn’t eat it. Our butts fell asleep waiting so long for the checks. One older guy wearing a hat and apron behind the counter was eating out of his bare hands while working with the food. -so gross. I won’t go back and I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.

Frank Pizza has a very good quality pizza I had to Fresca Slice it was amazing. Angelo and the crew are doing a great job. Keep it up boys Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
