the staff is friendly, but eating is moderate and too expensive. while waiting to stay sitting, is the only place to stand on a dirty parking lot of a strip mall. they are warned that they lead a sound system with full explosion both inside and outside. the interior is small and has terrible acoustics, so they expect a loud cacophony of the noise. This place is great, staff is all very nice, cocktails were so delicious, food... Oh, my God, the **** is a must try! Pay the extra dollar for the garlic rice and thank me later. So you have to come back soon!
That was amazing. The flavors were superb sweet, savory, spicy and bright at once. Shanghai lumpia (dink egg rolls, but with a little cigar of meat) had a chili sauce that made me sooo happy. Lechon kawali thrice boiled pig belly was crunchy crunchy while tender. And the baby cocktail was so delicious! The waiter was really nice too, and we were pretty comfortable sitting outside. Parking was easy, they have a lot.
I was so glad to finally eat here again! I had the last time the bangus here and that was good. This time around, the Adobo (only had the right amount of vinegar in it to you want to hold it in your pier hole pushing). Burned my tongue on the lumps, probably didn't help me go on. The pancite was on... reminded me how my mom did it. I would recommend this place to everyone. I just recommended it again. Oil
Perhaps the best restaurant I met in Oakland in my years! Absolutely delicious on all numbers. Tasteful milk fish, delicious roasted chicken egg Silago, and this mango ice tea was the real hero! Terrible! Above all, great service and very friendly staff. Very recommended!
Moved to the bay around a year ago and have not stopped coming here since I found out about it! The atmosphere is great, welcoming, and warm. There’s a sense of familiarity and community about this place that makes it so fun to be around. The music is always great and of course the FOOD!!! The authenticity of the flavors is what sells me &the bomb drinks! I truly love FOB kitchen.
