For $19, the Omakase Nigiri set is so worth it. Obviously not high end omakase quality but for the price its the best it can get. Fish is pretty fresh and not too fishy. Scallops are really good. The rice is good too. Sushi quality in general is better than 99% of American sushi restaurants. The best bang for your buck. View all feedback.
I LOVE this place, I always order the Omakase Nigiri with Salmon Roll and its so fresh every time : 10/10 would recommend to satisfy sushi craving; great quality too
The Salmon Aburi was sublime. The slight smoky flavor combined with the brightness of super fresh fish was amazing. Also highly recommend the Omakase Nigiri. The Hamachi Roll didnt measure up to the rest of our order, though.
Finding great sushi can be a challenge, but this place really delivers. With a limited menu, Ebiko prioritizes quality over quantity, and it definitely shows. The fish is incredibly fresh, just as other reviews mention. The quality is top-notch for a fantastic price. I was very pleased with my sushi lunch here and would absolutely order from them again. Highly recommend!
The Omakase Nigiri was absolutely delightful with very fresh fish! The Ebiko Deluxe Kaisen Don was also tasty, but I found the rice to be somewhat lacking in depth; it tasted a bit plain and not as fresh as I had hoped.
The Omakase Nigiri set for $19 is an excellent value. While it may not be high-end omakase quality, it's truly the best you can find for that price. The fish is quite fresh and has a mild taste, without being too fishy. The scallops are particularly delicious, and the rice is also well-prepared. Overall, the sushi quality surpasses that of 99% of American sushi restaurants. It's definitely the best value for your money!
