We waited outside our apartment 10 minutes before the estimated time, but the tracking map indicated he hadn’t arrived yet. We attempted to locate him and called the provided contact number, but received no answer. Even though my phone number was on file, he never reached out to us. It seemed like he took a picture of our food and kept it for himself. This experience is entirely unacceptable.

She appeared to be unfamiliar with the basic details of the Chipotle menu. It's important that staff, particularly managers, get improved training on both the menu and customer service.
