I ordered a carnitas burrito packed with pinto beans, rice, cheese, and salsa, and it was absolutely delicious. We waited outside our apartment 10 minutes before... read more I placed a delivery order from Chipotle Mexican Grill, and the driver, Donald, was expected to arrive shortly. We waited outside our apartment 10 minutes before the estimated time, but the tracking map indicated he hadn’t arrived yet. We attempted to locate him and called the provided contact number, but received no answer. Even though my phone number was on file, he never reached out to us. It seemed like he took a picture of our food and kept it for himself. This experience is entirely unacceptable.
