The lakeshore one is better, this ones messy and skimps on portions. their meats looked grey and sad. i saw that they told off some guys using water cups for soda so maybe the managers are getting it together. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

I placed a delivery order from Chipotle Mexican Grill, and the driver, Donald, was expected to arrive shortly. We waited outside our apartment 10 minutes before the estimated time, but the tracking map indicated he hadn’t arrived yet. We attempted to locate him and called the provided contact number, but received no answer. Even though my phone number was on file, he never reached out to us. It seemed like he took a picture of our food and kept it for himself. This experience is entirely unacceptable.
I went to Chipotle Mexican Grill today at 3 PM, and sadly, the manager, Stephanie, was rather rude and unprofessional. She appeared to be unfamiliar with the basic details of the Chipotle menu. It's important that staff, particularly managers, get improved training on both the menu and customer service.
