I lived in the area during the early 80s, and Ahn's chili burger and fries were my absolute favorites. I brought my ex-wife here in 2005, and she fell in love with this place as well. It's a Lake Merritt classic with fantastic food! View all feedback.
The family run place makes the friend food really good the bread toasted and right amount on a blt. The smoothies taste really good as well as the right amount of fries. Will definitely come again. Perfect for a business meeting too.

Im still full and its 6pm i ate there for lunch at 12 pm so that should tell you something good service clean bathroom which i like and big portions fair prices reasonably cheap breakfast big portions great tasting food no long waits, come on an empty stomach and walk out rubbing your stomach and this settles on your stomach so no bathroom after you eat big plus with me thats why i visit when ever in Oakland worth every penny
Went there for cheeseburger fries and soda haven't been there in years still the same I recommend it
If you come to visit, this place is a known spot. Great food, especially the burgers, and very good customer service
