We started with the vegan shrimp poke bowl as an appetizer, and it was absolutely delicious. For the main course, we ordered the vegan shrimp, and both the beef and vegan scallops were fantastic in flavor. We loved everything and will definitely return to try more vegan specialties, thanks to Takara!
