Description
**Dining at George's: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
George's has garnered a diverse array of feedback that underscores both its culinary charm and service shortcomings. Patrons praise the flavorful dishes, particularly the Zorba the Greek skillet and eggs Benedict, highlighting the great service and attentive staff. Yet, some visitors have reported a disheartening experience, feeling unwelcome and ignored due to perceived bias, raising concerns about the restaurant's inclusivity. While the atmosphere is lively, it can become overwhelming, particularly during busy brunch hours. Despite these fluctuations in experience, many still find George's a pleasant spot for a satisfying meal.

The restaurant offers classic diner-style food with robust coffee and generous portion sizes. While the service was quite slow, which turned out to be a blessing since we were catching up with new friends and had lots to discuss, it could be frustrating if you were in a rush. I was also disappointed to find a 4.5% surcharge for non-cash payments added to our $119 bill. Overall, it was a dine-in breakfast experience.
This is an excellent breakfast spot! I had a fantastic meal here; the food was hot and fresh. I ordered the classic breakfast, which included eggs, ham, and a generous portion of French toast. The French toast was massive, and my eggs were cooked to perfection—I ordered them over medium. The service was friendly, and our food arrived quickly despite the restaurant being busy. The coffee was also impressive—strong and flavorful. Everyone in my group enjoyed their breakfast, and I would definitely recommend this place. The prices were somewhat high, ranging from $15 to $20 for most meals.
