Cold Stone Creamery - Feedback

What Elizabeth Hernandez doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
The restaurant did not live up to the promise displayed on the wall. The staff was unfriendly and the restaurant was not clean. The area behind the counter was very dirty, including the walls and equipment. Our order was prepared sloppily and when we received the to-go bag, it had ice cream spilled on the outside. I love the option to mix and match flavors with fresh fruit at this restaurant. My go-to combination is Oreos and banana with creamy cheesecake ice cream, and I always choose a bowl over a cone. View all feedback.
