LOVE LOVE JJ's! Occasionally Delivery order is wrong, few small mistakes over several years of ordering, ie: asked no dressing/mayo on sammie and there was, forgot cookie, no extra tomatoes when requested, etc. But they ALWAYS make it right/make up for their mistakes.MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT...The CLOSING TIME!!! 9PM??? What Truth Hurts doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
Right now JJ is likely my favorite sub place. Nearly always get a 14 and have always been happy with it. Stopped at this one first time as we’re in the area and had a first time experience. We ordered two #14 combos and both had a lot of gristle in the roast beef. My wife actually took her toasted beef out and you could see it speckled in chunks throughout. Especially in the summer! 11pm or 12am would be even better! I bet you would make good to be worthwhile! ?
The young lady at the register saw that I was struggling with my order and she offered to bag my order and even brought it out for me! Just brightened my whole week. You don’t see that kind of customer service these days. Will recommend this location to all of my colleagues. Everybody there was so friendly.
