Subway - Oak Island

I ordered a steak and cheese, added lettuce, cucumber, etc. To my surprise, the subway was cold (maybe they made it few minutes early) even though I asked for it to be toasted. THERE WAS BARELY ANY SHAVED STEAK/MEAT IN THERE. I stopped eating at Subway long time ago, and really disappointed by the quality even then, but it's upsetting to receive an order like this. I'm just glad I added veggies, it's like a veggie subway with flakes of meat

Second time reviewing this place, I guess it’s my fault for coming back. Asked for a high chair for my baby and when it came out, it was filthy. Covered in old food and and dirt. Had to use approx 4 Lysol wipes to clean it. Previous review was about the dirty condition of the restaurant. This store is gross and subway should have an inspector check this place. Seriously gross.

Terrible! Went to this location at 1:05pm on Oct 7 and received terrible service from the older women working. She got mad at my daughter for saying green onion rather than green pepper. The whole experience was so negative because she was giving us rude glares the whole time we were there. IF YOUR NOT HAPPY IN YOUR WORKPLACE QUIT; DONT TAKE OUT YOUR STAFF OR ON THE CUSTOMER. such a Karen. Service: Dine in

Drive thru was terrible barely got the ingredients we asked for, wanted extra cheese, and got regular, mayo was so minimal that it was hard to tell it was even on it. Bread was hard as a rock, Staff member was very mannerless . A please and thank you goes a long way when it's being given in return . My advice.....go inside so you can watch what's being put on your sub
