Was Jackie Sacan at Chencho's a mag?
I just placed an order to go for a fish ceviche tostada and a steak taco with onion, cilantro, and sour cream on a corn tortilla and DIOS MIO!! Lol, delicious! I would recommend ordering for pick up if you’re low on patience because they are short staffed. So if you do dine in, don’t take that out on the waitresses (2), they were both very nice. So so so good. Very satisfied. View all feedback.

What Maria Ramirez dislikes about Chencho's:
I visited this restaurant for the first time, and the first thing I noticed was the lack of music. It felt very quiet, as everyone was eating in silence. Personally, I prefer a lively atmosphere with music and conversation. The customer service was just okay; the woman at the register didn't smile or greet me warmly. Haven't been here in awhile. Decided to visit. Only one other table was there when we visitedWaitress took a long time to acknowledge us. When she finally came to our table we were informed that there was no barTook forever to get our foodWaitress couldn't remember what soft drink we were drinking for refills. No liquor. Mostly a seafood menu. Kinda hard to make heads or tails of the menu. 3 Pepsi and the complimentary chips and salsa and we left.....$17 for 3 glasses of soda. Good luck

OK, they sell seafood, but this is not what I tried since the place was quiet. Overall, this is an excellent, cheap and cheerful joint, classic whole in the wall restaurant which I love to review. Go there. The cocktails are amazing, reasonable and good and ypou eat well for $12. Can't beat that/ Taco El Pastor amazing and friends were happy. Remember this is basic but fun!
