Jim Dandy's Pub & Grill - Oak Creek

I don't give a bad review in the rule unless the service was very bad. I was so disappointed when you eat very well. we came to the birthday of friends and had called the day before a reservation because we had 10 people. we said they had no reservation and instead of hosting us, the waiters stood around to whom our party would take. we had to find enough tables and arrange them. 20 minutes ago we were even asked what we wanted to drink, so when we were finally asked that we were ready to order our food. also, in order to get the Tomahawk speciality, they must call in advance what we did. we asked 6 and they had only 4. We arrived at 19 o'clock and were not served until 2030 o'clock our food. very disappointed!

The food was delicious and insane filled for the price. I am definitiw back.

To begin, they do not use their online reservations. our group of 6 came and checked. we said they had no reservation for us. I mentioned the online booking. I was told it was meaningless because they had no computer or any medium to see from online. medium road check, as the food was good and the service was not. we have a table relatiw fast as he was not overly busy. very slow to get drinks. good that we ordered appetizers because it took an hour and 15 minutes to get our meal on a Friday night. again it was not very busy. they couldn't even get up with our drinks that were just an hour for the 2 hours we spent. well, that we were with friends to pass the time!

I was there with the family. we have ordered nasty and steak. the ribs do not have a smokey taste. they were the worst I ever had. they have been roasted and thrown with cheap BBQ sauce. the steak my family member had was terrible. over cooked and the season was bad. we will never be back and recommend to everyone to go somewhere else. I post this on facebook to warn people.

I wasn't very impressed with the food here. Especially for the price point, I expected much better taste and quality. I was told three separate times during my dinning experience that they were out of something I had tried to order. I was disappointed in the bbq bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer, which was not what I originally wanted. My steak was fair, but not the best you could find for that price point. The best part for me honestly was the warm bread they serve to every table. I was really looking forward to trying this place, all the advertising I see done online with them, even drove out of our way, but was sadly disappointed.
