Jersey Mike's Subs Oak Creek

Just an average experience. They have a good gluten free option if that's something you need. And they cut all the cold meats when you order, so they're all fresh as well. On our visit on a Wednesday at 6pm, they were out of buns, and we were told we could only get wraps or bowls. I was going to get a bowl anyway, and hubby got the wrap. The Italian wrap was actually pretty good, though nothing spectacular. Having a choice between here and Potbelly's I'd probably go to the latter. I had the portabella cheese steak on a bowl. Since I wasn't getting buns, I had assumed it would be more like a sandwich with a bed of lettuce on the bottom. I was right, but it was more like a blanket rather than a mattress. A very thin bed of lettuce. The server did tell me they were running low on everything, including lettuce. Otherwise, the meat and cheese had pretty good flavor. Not sure whether this location doesn't usually serve dinner or what. It was still pretty early for them to be running low on everything, me-thinks.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and picked them up on my way home from work. 1 portobello and one portobello with chicken. I drove 20 minutes home to find out they both have chicken and so my vegetarian family members had nothing to eat. I would suggest checking your order before you leave. The chicken sandwich that did get eaten had something in it that was the texture of either a stem from a vegetable or a piece of chicken bone that had stewed and softened. These sandwiches definitely weren't worth the price I paid or the tip I left. I called and asked for a refund. I'll stop the next day I work and hope they follow through as they said they would.

Waited 13 minutes for a guy behind the counter with Airpods in to acknowledge I was there and ready to order. Another lady was at the grill the whole time never even turning to say hi, welcome yo Jersey Mikes, like they used to do at this location. It will be my last time coming to this location as this is the 3rd time me and my family have received the same horrible level of service. This is the first time I have witnessed a crew member being able to wear AirPods wile “working”. Take it for what it’s worth…

Love this place. Great Subs and Better Employees. Subs are very tasty and their sodas are REALLY GOOD as well. Love the Cream Soda. I only wish that they served French Fries.

I really like their subs but they need to be more careful when making them. I order online but sat to eat it there and when I got my sub the outside bag was full of oil. Open the sub and it was in a puddle of oil. Took my first bite and all the lettuce slide off. I only ate half and the other half couldn't eat it because it was so saggy. There is no need to add so much. That is just for a bit of flavor, they really ruin my sub. Wish I had a pic but I forgot to take one. I hope this will help them be better in the future.
