Sarah Brown's is worth the wait!! The food is absolutely amazing and the customer service is phenomenal!! I love the new location. It provides a nice intimate setting!! There are so few Black owned restaurants and Sarah Brown's is the only one on MV. It is on my list of my go to places when I come to the island!! View all feedback.
What Tye N doesn't like about Sarah Brown's Comfort Food:
We were so excited about this black owned experience and prepaid $140 ea. weeks prior to our vacation. However, we basically got nothing. After patiently waiting 2 hours and ten minutes for our food and only received 3 slices of corn bread in which we divided amongst the 6 of us. They weren't even apologetic. We eventually left and spoke to the owner to get our money back. I really give them zero stars. But I couldn'... View all feedback.

Many concerns. We ate here last summer when she was in Linda Jeans and had a good dining experience. They have moved across from Tony's on Dukes County Rd. Take out only. We went on Sunday evening. Lots of chaos and confusion... Wrong orders, mediocre food. We waited over an hour for food. A few men got tired of waiting and walked off. They had run out of potato salad and at the end, corn bread. Disappointing to say the least.
Sara's fried whiting and sautéed okra. We had to order as take out and waited 1hr and half for what we received. Cornbread was to accompany our orders and some under done yellow looking bread the size of forefinger or none at all. Okra wasn't sautéed and fish was underdone not fried. Way overpriced. So disappointing.!
Went by to try and have some dinner but was turned away and told they weren't serving even though clearly they were. No signs indicating special event. Very odd, all set with this place.
