The Habit Burger Grill - o Hills

I was incorrectly charged for my order and instead of refund I was given a ticket for a free burger. I was told by employee that I can redeem for any meal or item . On my next visit I was told it's only valid for $7 and not any item.

They also have catering serves for business events where they come to you with a kitchen on wheels, where you order food from it cooked per order.. Very slow service, and in top of that, I got a pice of hair on my chicken sandwich. I know that accidents happen, but the guy who was taking orders out didn 't said anything about it. No bueno. ?Update: Someone from the company contacted me about this issue, they said that I 'll be getting a refund for the order or something to compensate for the issue. They asked me about the type of payment, I did mistake, the order was paid with my wife debit card Martha Ponce and the other information was correct. I appreciate if you reply back. Thanks again!
