I really do like El Pollo Loco. However they had an off day. I ordered in advance on the app and still had to wait fifteen minutes.The chicken legs were like two bites, literally bird size. Pardon the pun. The legs and thighs were shriveled tiny pieces. I ordered 3 side salads that were nearly dry lettuce bowls.Come on guys, I love you. Get it together! I don't want to see you close. I ordered 2 Items and they got my order wrong.Wheelchair accessibility: available. But not easily accessed
I ordered 8 piece leg thigh family meal. Just after I paid, I noticed that on the menu there is a Festive 8 pc family meal, which is $2 cheaper than the regular meal and with one extra large side. When I placed my order, I was not informed of this deal, and I have to say, any restaurant would have at least asked if I would want that instead, as it is cheap and has more value. Not to mention most restaurant would just go ahead and apply the better deal. Unless the special deal requires a coupon or something. The worse part is, I then asked the staff what is the difference between the Festive and regular meals, he said, it is cheaper and has one extra side, and with a tone which sounded like oh because you did not ask .....I am sure he knew why I asked that question.....because I realized that I am paying more for less, just because they did not bother to let me know! The overall service quality was really bad, and all staff had attitude. I did not feel like I was welcomed. Really bad experience. I also saw that most of the other customers were eldery or those who did not seem to care about customer services. I am not sure if that was the reason why the staff there did not care. But let me tell you, of the money I pay, I would say 50% I pay for service. If service is not good, no matter how good the food is or how inexpensive the food is, I will not go. I am sure I am not the only customer to feel that. Thanks for listening.

Horrible location, the inside is dirty and disgusting and the workers dont want to be there or do their job properly. Expect a 10 minute wait for 2 tacos. Corporate should shut this location
