Same for the... read more This wingstop has messed up my DoorDash order on more than one occasion. When you order Cajun wings, they are supposed to have Cajun spice on them. Same for the fries. Not sure what is going on with this location as they are they only store that messesthis up. The Collinsville and Glen Carbon locations are always right when I visit them.

So many things wrong. Ordered online and was told it would be ready in 16-21 minutes. Got there and it wasn?t ready. They were busy and it took 30 minutes after... read more So many things wrong. Ordered online and was told it would be ready in 16-21 minutes. Got there and it wasn?t ready. They were busy and it took 30 minutes after I arrived to get my food. In addition to that, no one in the kitchen was wearing gloves, oneof them was wearing a rugrats hoodie which I?m sure is not part of the rules where you can just wear whatever you want, and noneof them were helping out the cashier in the front hand out online/doordash orders while she took orders. You?re better off justgoing to the edwardsville or collinsville locations instead.

I later on took my husband and mother in law to this location, my husband free wings were dry and burned as if they were the leftoversforgotten wings and the cashier didn?t even offer my MIL hers. I had to correct the cashier several times because this was myMIL?s first time at Wingstop.

After caming back into the restaurant I watched the staff re-bag the order and call my name. This is the guy thatrepackaged my food as if nothing ever happened. Absolutely disgusting!

And btw they close at 10:30 not 11, and I say this because they don?t takeorders after 10:30. But you can order online? Why not just take the order at the counter?? Doesn?t make a whole lot of sense tome. ???????????
