Always love coming to this spot. Their soup and salad appetizer is hands down the best. If you’ve never drank sake before I would recommend their plum sake or if you don’t like things too sweet then their pear sake is another great one! What User doesn't like about Sake Sushi Grill:
It wasn't the first time they messed up my orders, but I always came back. Today I ordered a Sashimi A (18 pieces), a white tiger roll, a Albacore roll and a Dragon Roll; always tipped 18% even on Takeout. came home to find out they didn't give me Wasabi! Perfect service and eating. always inviting, no ruffles and there are always tables available.
From service to sushi to atmosphere. all were impeccable! the best sushi we had in the IL area. they even made a special order for me.
The second time they come here, they are quite consistent with their great services and great living resources!
I usually go with some friends and we'll take the sushi. Some of the best sushi around. Can't really comment on the rest of the food. I command a few different sushi on their menu and still need to be disappointed.
Sake has been our target for sushi for years! Our favorite roles are the White Tiger Roll, Geisha Roll, Ichiban Roll and Futomaki Roll. We love the roasted gyoza and seaweed salad for a starter. The restaurant itself is clean and cozy. We love Sake!
