I love Taco Bell, and I would give every restaurant a 3 or 4 stars. But this O'Fallon, Illinois, was GREAT. I live in Florida now, but I eat tears in my eyes one last time and let me cry happy tears. I knew I'd never eat here again, so I got my favorite article, the Doritos Locos Tacos. What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
My friend picked up Taco Bell for us and I was on the phone when he ordered. The lady repeated his order everything was right, but then forget the chickens Power Bowl and the Nacho-Fries...? Then Diablo also gave us when he asked for hot sauce. The food was cold. Don't have a receipt and they won't answer their phone. Very disappointed because we often go. Probably not? Food was good. The staff were friendly. However, it took a long time to place our order and get our food. 20 minutes in line at 4:45pm
Bruh I ordered a BFB with extra meat and cheese, for extra , and yet somehow I ended up with half the normal size of a BFB (beefy Fritos burrito). What?s up with that? It?s TINY
It was okay. Chicken had not had enough season, and the order we received was not correct. The only reason I gave three stars is because the Chipotle chicken locks were excellent
We've got our order wrong when the bag was handed over to us in the car. My husband gave it back to the window workers and went over the entrance with her. She assured us everything from the entrance to the bag. We came home and what a disaster. We're not going back.
Clean, prompt, updated, accurate. Not gonna lie, I witnessed what amounts to one of the most productive hardest fast food workers I?ve ever witnessed. Younger white dude with a pony tail was a freaking whirlwind. I was just waiting for food and this guy was cleaning, fetching and wiping trays, restocking cups, taking peoples orders... all in like 4 minutes. It was actually quite amazing. I?m just impressed at this guy, and if he represents the staff or the training/expectations of this location?s staff... then you are in good hands.
