This Panda Express frequently runs out of various menu items, including chicken, noodles, and several drinks at the same time. Some days they only accept cash, while on other days they only take card or require exact change. Despite the long drive-through line, the food usually tastes old and dried out instead of fresh. No other Panda Express location we visit is as consistently disappointing as this one. This restaurant clearly needs improved management and better quality control.

It's disappointing to hear that they're dealing with supply chain problems—there's no denying that! However, the food they do offer is always fresh and tasty whenever I visit, so I can't really complain, especially about something outside their control. Keep up the excellent work!

Panda Express is one of the most poorly managed restaurants I’ve encountered. The doors are often locked, preventing entry. They regularly run out of items on the menu, and when available, technical issues with their computer system frequently prevent them from taking orders. In the evenings, the lights are kept off, creating the misleading impression that the restaurant is closed, even though it remains open. Additionally, online ordering is usually not an option at this location.

I stopped by the Panda Express drive-thru today around 5:15 PM and never received a receipt—it was supposedly in the bag. Unfortunately, my order was completely wrong. Not surprising, since the employee taking my order seemed distracted, chatting with someone else and had to ask me to repeat myself twice. I ordered two bowls of fried rice with orange chicken and a two-entrée meal featuring noodles, orange chicken, and Angus beef. Instead, I got two bowls of undercooked noodles each with only four pieces of orange chicken, plus a platter of barely cooked noodles with three pieces of beef and a couple of pieces of orange chicken. The total came to $27, which felt like such a waste. When I called to address the issue, the phone went straight to a message saying, "No one is available to take your call. Goodbye." How convenient. After reading other reviews, it’s clear why this Panda Express location has such low ratings. Both the service and the food from their menu were extremely disappointing. I recommend avoiding this Panda Express in O’Fallon, IL to save your time and money.

If you plan to use the drive-thru, make sure to double-check your order before leaving. Since the pandemic began, they often run out of various items, and I've experienced multiple order mistakes. When I asked about their unusual procedures, a staff member mentioned they were short-staffed. However, while waiting in line, I noticed three employees at the window and two others working in the kitchen, which could suggest some management problems.
