I ended up calling the store manage... read more When I arrived at the restaurant, I saw a sign on the door that said "Out of Food," and there were no staff members present. I ended up calling the store manager, Candaise Ann Whetstone, who informed me that she had hired 80 people this year, but they all quit. When I asked her why they paid less than $8.75 an hour, she responded, "In my experience, people don’t work harder or stay for more money." I found her demeanor to be quite rude and defensive. It’s clear that a change in management is necessary; she should be replaced by someone more suited for the role.

I didn't take my previous experience as a warning and thought my earlier visit might have been an isolated incident. Unfortunately, when I decided to give them another chance, they got my order wrong again. I won't be ordering from Subway anymore.

I especiall... read more We had an excellent experience at this Subway location, enjoying exceptional service and top-notch ingredients that live up to the Subway standards. I especially appreciate the new menu with sub combos, which makes ordering much easier since you don’t have to specify every ingredient. Of course, customization is still available to suit your preferences. Plus, my husband and I had a fantastic time redeeming our points for only $2!

The s... read more The floors were dirty, with crumbs scattered beneath every table. The glass at the ordering counter and the soda cooler door were covered in fingerprints. The staff were unfriendly, and the food was only mediocre. I wouldn’t recommend this place!
