What Alice Becker doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
We stopped at this restaurant to take a break on our way to Pittsburgh. The exterior of the place looked very dirty, with melted ice, food scraps, and trash on the floor in several spots of the parking lot. The tables inside looked like they needed to be wiped down. Horrible service...slow and it seemed the workers had no idea how to give customer service
This is legit the worst Dairy Queen I have been to in 10 states, workers have no clue what they are doing, upper management must be non existent three cars in line and got stuck in line for 22 mins for two blizzards like come on !! Witness them drop chicken tenders on the floor throw in a bag and serve to the next customer!
The service is always impeccable for me. The food is never boiled under or over, but just right. And the staff is very warm.
I was at Milford Street in Clarksburg. It's clean. The staff is friendly. The ice is delicious and usually you will find nice people to have nice conversations with. Nice place to go. I'll take my grandchildren here.
My Blizzard was delicious, but the cones were not properly frozen - they were too soft and melted right away.
