A place like this should be serving on dishes and not a half hand cut to-go plastic takeout container. What a turn-off. The Taro drink tasted more like milk, no flavor and the Chocolate drink tasted like nestle milk. Close to $50 wasted on these 4 items. Never again would I go there or refer anyone to this place. They should be ashamed serving customers like this. Stear clear unless you like classless service. I have over 158k viewed reviews and I this is my top worst review. Yes, all around terrible.

I have never had a bad drink or food item here. They have both the jellies and bobbas depending on what you are getting and can make recommendations to you. I also adore the purple cloud waffle. Everything is always fresh, clean, and on point. The atmosphere is truly unique and they have a good selection of items and even support other small local businesses in anime themed products and other small items they sell. Truly unique stuff in there if you are looking for a gift for someone. They have dedicated parking out front. The staff and owners are very nice and down to earth— I love this spot!
