The braised pork sandwich competes some of the best Tortas I've ever had. The corndog was also absolutely fantastic combining nostalgia and with artistry. The true highlight was actually the Grilled Marinated Carrots though with fresh pesto and labneh.

My husband and I have been regulars for a long time,... read more If you’re looking for a new place to enjoy a date night or hang out with friends, this is a fantastic spot! My husband and I have been regulars for a long time, so we know the staff well, and they are amazing! They always make us feel right at home. The manager, Gabby, who used to be our favorite server, now runs the place—congratulations to her! Even though it was a busy Wednesday night, our server was already occupied with another table, so Gabby came over to get us started. The food is incredible—whatever the new chef is doing, they should definitely keep it up. I highly recommend the Ambrosia smoke and pancake for drinks. The mac and cheese is great too, with a unique twist. My husband and I shared the fried chicken sandwich, which is our favorite! Cowan's never disappoints! P.S. Now that the pickles are back, please keep them on the menu! Looking forward to our next visit!!!
