I placed a delivery order with the understanding that I would pay with cash, but when the delivery person arrived, he informed me that my credit card had been charged. I double-checked the last four digits, and they matched my card, which raised a red flag. When I called to inquire why they had my credit card on file and who authorized that charge, I was met with unprofessionalism from Sophie, who shockingly called me stupid. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. There are far better and cheaper options available than New King Chef. BEWARE!

Prices have increased, yet the quality has dropped—they even served me undercooked chicken. When I asked for a refund, they gave me a hard time. I definitely do not recommend this place unless you want to risk getting sick.
