This is the best Dunkin' Donuts I have ever visited! The entire store was spotless, and the service was quick. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Keep up the excellent work, everyone!
Dunkin' delivers great taste, service, and value. It's undeniably better than Starbucks at half the price, plus the staff at Dunkin' are much friendlier.
My favorite local dunkin! It would be my extra fav if they put a drive thru but there's no space for it. Staff are very professional kind. I always have a pleasant experience here. Can get busy, they have some outdoor seating on the side entrance. Best part is that it's so far the only dunkin I've come across that gives 20% for healthcare workers! It's why I love it is down my block! Shout out to Washington Ave's Dunkin!
Never have dark roast they never had Matcha. I asked why they never had Matcha and or certain things that other Dunkin' Donuts have and I was rudely told by the manager that they don't sell enough at the store so they don't stock it which is complete bullshit. I will deliberately a boycott this location.
The weekend crew leaves Alot to be desired. There are 7 employees, and at least 3 or 4 are just standing around chatting away while the others are trying to keep up, they all move at snail speed, there's no sense of urgency while the orders stack up. Coffee should be bing bam boom done in my opinion, I have all the patience in the world if it's really busy and the employees are working, but when most (especially the guy who looks like he was the manager) are standing around bsing, really annoying.
