Karena tempat ini sangat strategis untuk mulai kulia dan sangat nyaman dgan Susana kampus
Tempat singgah antara kota Soe dan Kupang dengan view bukit/gunung yg indah. Ada sebuah warung makan, tersedia juga kelapa muda dan ada toilet yg bersih.
