What Honesthutch doesn't like about Kfc:
Just had a meal delivered it arrived half an hour late so as you might guess it was stone cold. Phoned KFC and was told not their problem as it was out with the driver very poor customer care when the food did arrive I asked the driver why he was late. Customer service was very rude, ordered my KFC waited 20 minutes to then realise it was taken off the screen. Showed the lady my order number from a picture on my phone she looked at me and walked away, telling her staff members in front of me that I put it in her face. Then challenged me about my order asking me if I had actually ordered it. Showed proof again and she finally found it on the screen to then say that they didn’t pack it and just removed it. Finally got the food which was put in front of me like dog. Food wasn’t nice, very soggy and looked thrown up. No spoon for beans or stews for drinks. will be calling up KFC to make formal complaint
Just eat order is always wrong, order a bucket got two pieces of chicken, will never order from this place again
Spent £40 on party bucket and meal forgot gravy and chicken dry total waste of money tryed calling no answer.
This was the worst place I have been for food. Just nothing like the picture and the staff did not give u the time of day. It tastes nothing like a kfc Don’t eat hear.
Never go here . Worst food bad service not the kfc that u think of . Just chicken that look like a oil wet rubbish. Go at you own risk to health
