Ordered a dozen donuts, only received 11, ordered a hot latte and was given a cold latte, they did correct it. Guy at the register was slow and didn't seem to know what he was doing. Even though I said a dozen, when I got to six donuts he said the box was full and was trying to give me a half dozen for the price of a dozen. Double check your order.

The staff usually does a great job of keeping the drive-thru moving, although I prefer having my order ready for pickup. This is one of the few locations in the area that offers sour cream glaze donuts and Timbits. I haven't found better quality in any of the menu items outside of Canada. If you've ever eaten at a Canadian Tim Hortons, you know exactly what I'm talking about.

It tasted like nothing—just brown... read more I ordered a medium coffee mocha with whipped cream and a medium hot chocolate, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. It tasted like nothing—just brown water. I called the store to complain, and they said if I returned, they would remake the drinks. However, I was already a good distance away, so I didn't go back. I suggested they check their machines, and the staff just replied with a “yup” before hanging up on me. I will never go back to that place again.
