I... read more I placed an order online and arrived for check-in, waiting for 20 minutes. I then went inside the store and had to wait for the only employee who was working. I waited another 15 minutes before I finally received my food. When I got home, both of my 6-inch subs were soggy and definitely not fresh.

She... read more The experienced woman making sandwiches was truly impressive. As a manager, I noticed her hustle, efficiency, and ability to keep things moving right away. She was working on a four-sandwich order but still managed to begin on the next order, which made the waiting customers feel like their wait was shorter. These are excellent qualities for an employee. I wanted to compliment her, but she stepped away to restock while I was checking out. I assume the other two employees are in training, as they didn't exhibit the same level of hustle. I hope her strong work ethic and efficiency influence them during their training.
