What Ashley dislikes about Sonic Drive-in:
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Sat here for 20 minutes, we finally got our food and it was wrong. Burger had mustard and ketchup on it when told it needed to be plain, they forgot our fries Everything was cold. I will never come back to this place again. I should not have to send our food back 3 times for you to get it correct. It’s a plain burger and fries like come on. View all feedback.

If I could give 0 stars for service I would 20 min in drive thru one car ahead of us all we got was 1 Powerade still had to wait at the window while we watched 4 employees stand there and drink their drinks

We sat in line at the speaker for 10 minutes no one greeted us. A car pulled up to the speaker next to us and greeted them right away we pulled to the window and they just stared at us. Didn’t open the window no acknowledgment. This place is an absolute joke.

Decided to go to Smithfield location to order food and not happy with the person taking my order. He sighed into the microphone while I was ordering like it was a bother to him to take my order. Not only that, it is 9:19 PM when you close at 2, I asked for a strawberry shake and before I could even get the sentence out he cut me off and said the machine is being cleaned. I am not stupid I have worked in this business over 20 years. People say the machine is broken because they do not want to do shakes because they are busy and lazy. I will never EVER come here again. Said my food was coming out and waited another 20 mins. This place is trash. I almost got my money back and not get the food but now I know.

Worst service I’ve ever seen. Slowest drive thru be ever seen. Workers are literally in slow motion.took 40 minutes to get 4 cars thru. First and last time I go to Sonic!
