The roast pork is absolutely delightful—crispy on the outside and juicy and flavorful on the inside. When you dip it in the hoisin sauce, it's simply perfect. Unfortunately, I couldn’t try the char siu as they had run out by the time I arrived (which was a bit late), but I plan to give it a shot next time, along with the roast duck. The roast pork is priced at $21.99 per pound, and it’s definitely worth it. I also ordered the Szechuan eggplant, dry string beans, salt and pepper rock cod, and clams in black bean sauce. Everything was exceptional—just the right amount of seasoning, which can be a rarity in Chinese cuisine. This place has quickly become my new favorite Chinese BBQ spot!
