Mcdonald's - null

If I could give negative stars I would. They are the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, it’s called fast food for a reason. POOR customer service. Went one day to the drive through, got our food and back on the road and realized we did not get out 4 piece nugget, went back the next day placed another order and I kindly told them we did not get out nuggets the day before could we please get them now. Was told No we would have had to come back the same day. But the manager took my address in the Notes section of his personal phone and said they would mail me coupons. Which I never received. I read a previous review of someone having the same exact issue. So seems to be a common theme. Not to mention my girlfriend always asks for extra onions on her burger, which apparently translates to them as NO onions. Went there today, got a McDouble it had 2 little pieces of the chopped onions, a tiny smear of ketchup on the bun and the burgers had been sitting in the warmer so long they were petrified. We also waited at the window for over 5 mins to get the food and the fry’s were ice cold. I even tried to email the address on the windows that says if you have any comments or concerns and it doesn’t go through or you get no response. I know it’s “just McDonald’s” but come on do BETTER

This is the second time this year and two times last year where I didn’t get my whole order four meals I paid 53$ got home and the most expensive one wasn’t in the bag the last times I was told they would mail me a coupons never received them and I let her know this asked if I could get the missing meal from tonight tomorrow, due to not being able to go back tonight. Told no, it’s not their policy. Ive worked for McDonald’s and we did it then I work for subway and we do it so I don’t understand. My meal was paid for and being they have never replaced my missing meals before I don’t see why they wouldn’t Compromise with me.
