On my latest vi... read more To make matters worse, my girlfriend always asks for extra onions on her burger, but they somehow interpret that as requesting no onions at all. On my latest visit, I ordered a McDouble, which came with just two tiny pieces of chopped onions, a barely-there smear of ketchup on the bun, and burgers that had clearly been sitting in the warmer so long they were practically rock hard. We also waited more than five minutes at the window for our food, and the fries were ice cold. I even tried to email the customer service address posted on the window for comments or concerns, but it either bounced back or received no response. I know it's "just McDonald's," but come on, you can do better!

I ordered four meals and paid $53, but when I got home, the most expensive meal was missing. In the past, I was promised coupons for my missing orders, but I never received them. I mentioned this when I contacted them and asked if I could pick up the missing meal tomorrow since I couldn’t return tonight. They told me that it’s against their policy. Having worked at McDonald's and Subway, I know that we made exceptions like that. Since I already paid for my meal and they haven't replaced my missing orders in the past, I don’t understand why they wouldn’t be willing to compromise this time.
