If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. The manager or shift leader was answering FaceTime calls while there were 7 or 8 people waiting in line. When I noticed that the drink machines in the lobby were out of order, I asked for a Coke from the drive-thru line, only to be met with a curt "we're out" before she just walked away. She processed at least three more orders after mine without mentioning that water was the only beverage available. To make matters worse, the chicken biscuit I ordered was undercooked; one bite in, and it felt like I was chewing rubber. This place is awful.
While placing my order, I asked for a shake, but the woman told me she didn't have time to make one. Then she instructed me to pull around, cutting me off before I could finish my order. Although she didn't have a name tag on, the receipt said Shenisa. When I reached the window, she claimed she hadn’t said anything about the shake. I won’t be returning to this place again!
No matter if you order four meals or just one, expect to be asked to pull ahead. They tend to forget items about 7 out of 10 times, or they might not take your order correctly. The reason they have you pull up is to keep their time metrics looking good, even though you end up waiting at least 10 minutes for an employee to bring your food out.
I thought this was fast food why is does it take 20 mins to get an order
What I come by, around 8pm so I deserve the dried out refuse from this morning? Why are my burgers and fries dried out and cold is it based on when or do you actually value the standards you claim? Greatly disappointed
