She verbally attacked me and refus... read more Unfortunately, I only encountered the owner for the first time a couple of months ago, and it was a disappointing experience. She verbally attacked me and refused me service simply because she was having a stressful day. It's disheartening to say that a place that held so many memories for me is now tainted. This situation may always be a matter of differing accounts, and I haven't posted a negative review until now for fear of her retaliating in response. However, I encourage you, the consumer, to make your own judgment based on the multitude of reviews that echo my experience. Don’t give her your time or money just because the location is remote; nobody deserves to be treated disrespectfully. We had heard about this spot from popular YouTubers and w... read more We stopped at Fields Station after a three-day camping trip, and it was bustling with a diverse crowd. We had heard about this spot from popular YouTubers and were eager to try their famous shakes! Just a heads up: this place gets extremely busy on weekends! Even though we waited an hour for one shake, it was totally worth it! If you have some extra time and don’t mind standing in line, definitely give it a try. It’s a great opportunity to strike up conversations with fellow campers (which we did)! You never know who you might meet. The staff is incredibly friendly, even amidst the hustle and bustle. Fields Station is a fantastic gateway to the stunning Steen Mountains and the Alvord Desert.

Be... read more A large group of us stopped in the Fields Station to order some food, passing through the area earlier this year and never, ever going back to this business! Be aware of the owner when you walk in, she's got an awful attitude...like you're a problem and you just ruined her day. She obviously knows nothing about customer service. Told us to go back outside to read the menu, which still had the breakfast menu out, when it was actually past lunch time and told us what the gratuity would be up front and how long of a wait for our food would be, while she is totally stressing out and flipping out and know one else was even there! Most of us walked right back out, thinking wow! Service: 1
