It's absolutely ridiculous. When I worked at Dunkin' Donuts, if we had the ingredients, we made sure to get the customer's order right and sorted it out on our end—after all, that's not the customer's problem.

The staff are friendly; however, the quality of service can vary depending on who is working. I found the wait time to be longer than expected, especially since there wasn’t anyone in line. The establishment is clean, and there are plenty of menu options to choose from.
