The female staff members were disrespectful and impolite to customers. There are plenty of other coffee shops to choose from besides this unpleasant Dunkin'.

The staff's a... read more This Dunkin’ branch has consistently struggled with issues. As a loyal customer for many years, I've found that my usual order is often incorrect. The staff's attitude varies greatly, and there seems to be a lack of enthusiasm among them. The recent implementation of extra charges for addons only adds to the frustration, especially since my coffee frequently arrives poorly made. The drive-through experience is further diminished by staff gossip, and the practice of sending customers to the parking lot to avoid affecting timers is quite inconvenient. If you're ordering something simple, you might be fine, but for larger orders, it’s best to double-check everything. Overall, the decline in service and quality has made it difficult to rely on this location for my morning coffee. EDIT: After reaching out to the manager at this location, my experience has significantly improved. There's been less drama, ordering is now much easier, and I haven’t encountered any hassle from previous staff. The service has greatly improved, making my visits less stressful. Thank you!
