Cracker Barrel Old Country Store - null

We were given menus smeared with Jelly; the table was dirty when we sat down (though a nice young man did come wipe it after he seated us , a couple of the bowls containing our side dishes were filthy, so we did not eat those sides(literally had crusted food on the underside of the bowls, . Both entrees were disappointing. Cold, too salty, overcooked, just gross in general. Server did not check on us even though she saw us trying to wave her down. Seriously...wash your dishes before you serve people, that is disgusting! It was lunchtime but there was not a large crowd so the service should have been better. Sad to see how run down this location has become, the food and service used to be so good.
