Additionally, the management did not handle the situation well; their behavior was quite unprofessional. I was uncomfortable with them kneeling at my table—I would prefer not to have any direct eye contact and simply enjoy my food without any unwanted surprises.

Clearly stating on my receipt the details of my order were correct and when I got the food it was what I Ordered but plain. The second time I ordered the pastas thinking someone else would be cooking , whenit arrived to my home in great time I was charged for extra Alfredo and was not given any , I didn?t hit the no toppings I hitextra and my pasta came without any toppings I?m very disappointed I gave it a second try and I will not be returning orordering from chillis in west Monroe food is terrible ..

I had to go to the bar ask did they hav... read more Went to go grab dinner around 7:30 just to get out of the house. No one was at the podium to greet us when we walked in. I had to go to the bar ask did they have a host or hostess working. They told me there was a hold on seating anyone at this time butwould send someone. The hostess came said there would be a 10-15 minute wait but the restaurant was nearly empty. We decidedto wait which I regretted because once we got seated it was close to the restroom they claimed that no one was working theother area where the other tables were. The person I was with had to send his food back twice due to it being cold in the middle barely any food on the plate to begin with. About time they got it half way right we were ready to go not to mention it was socold you could barely enjoy your food. I will say the server Miranda was professional even though others made her job difficult.
