Chili's Grill - null

I went here for lunch and ordered the baked potato soup without green onions and lunch burger for my son and I. Our soups were brought out with extra green onions and upon sending them back, we were brought some lukewarm soup that looked nothing like the piping hot bowls with the green onions. The server triple checked our order and still got it wrong. I still tipped her above 20% because it's who I am, yet we will not be returning to this location.

The experience wasn’t bad it being a to go order but the food could have been better. The chicken was super dry and they gave me crunchy rice like it was from the bottom of the pot. I would have preferred you replace my item with something else versus giving me unsatisfactory food
