We definitely won't be returning to that location.

I’m not sure if it’s a corporate policy that requir... read more I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but there are significant improvements needed at this restaurant. I’m not sure if it’s a corporate policy that requires customers to use the kiosk or if the kitchen has been divided into separate lines for drive-thru and dine-in orders, but it has frustrated many of us. Customers come in, wait several minutes at the counter without being acknowledged, only to be directed to the kiosk, while a portion of the kitchen staff stands around with nothing to do. I waited over 20 minutes for my order tonight, and I heard others express their dissatisfaction as well. It’s disappointing because some of the staff are very capable, and Taco Bell serves great food, but the long wait times and disorganized processes really hurt this location. I hope to see improvements and would love to update my review to a more positive one in the future.
