Unfortunately, both of the Chinese waitresses we encountered this evening were extremely rude. I've never experienced such poor service before. One of them abruptly snatched the tissues off our table, and they seemed to have no patience at all. They hurriedly poured our water as if we were a burden, making us feel like we were begging for food, even though we were paying for their services. My kids were genuinely scared. The atmosphere felt more like a cheap fast-food Chinese restaurant or a low-quality buffet, yet the prices were anything but cheap. We dine out often, but this was by far our worst experience. I cannot recommend this place to others. On what should have been a busy Saturday night, there were very few customers, which speaks volumes. Patrons can tell that this restaurant is not as it claims to be. I would suggest spending your money at a genuine Japanese restaurant instead.
