Very pleasant atmosphere inside. There is a small covered courtyard. The service was very accommodating. We had the 5 course menu, once the vegan version and the other with meat. It started with a greeting from the kitchen. Little three things, then there was a really delicious bread with a spread. My 2 highlights were the jackfruit fried in rice paper on cherry sauce with sweet potato puree with chanterelles, small pickled cherries and red cooked onions.. and the dessert a tart with yuzu cream with pineapple ice cream on a crumble with a meringue chip on top. Mega!!! We were totally thrilled

I debated for a long time whether to give four or five stars: The food was absolutely delicious. The service was more than outstanding. The ambiance was also fantastic. Regarding the food: Everything was incredibly tasty and beautifully presented. Absolutely top-notch! Regarding the service: One person ordered the vegan menu, which was communicated once and then never mentioned again. Every member of staff was aware of it. Simply perfect. Even our jackets were returned to us without us having to ask which ones were ours. This was by far the best service I have ever experienced. Why the hesitation: The rather high price of the set menu did not include an aperitif or water. We also opted for the non-alcoholic beverages. At least the water could have been included in the price. Otherwise, everything was superb and highly recommended!

Watching cooking transform into edible art was a highlight, though the four-hour dining experience requires patience. Additionally, for a Michelin-starred establishment, the service was surprisingly unpolished; the staff dropped plates on two separate occasions, causing quite a disruption.

Excellent menu, wine tasting very suitable. Service and associated explanations perfect. It was a very pleasant evening. Happy again
The star is deserved, harmonious menu with matching wines. Very attentive service and cozy ambience.
A really nice evening with delicious food. It was a shame that the boss didn't let himself look at it, even though not much was going on. We would have liked to congratulate him personally on his star...
Again, it was a perfect evening with excellent food and excellent service. Of course, special requests due to allergies are also taken into account. Thank you.

I even liked this lunch time better than last time – and the price-performance ratio had already impressed me. I still lack evening impressions, but the Wonka is ideal for lunch, so I am sure to become a regular repeater here. Read more...
We enjoyed a very nice lunch at Wonka. For the menu price of 38€ for 4 courses, the bid was very good and enjoyed. For a visit in the evening (with a higher price) I would expect a few more exciting and exciting moments. Read more...

The kitchen of the Wonka has grown up and partly very unusual. The staff is very friendly and the selection of wines is excellent. It will be on long tables and an average evening incl. It is nice that, although the foods and the wine are excellent, the ambience does not look good or is applied. The audience is therefore mixed colorfully and the atmosphere is relaxed. Although the Würzhaus is my favorite restaurant, the Wonka IMHO is just as special.

Fine food. Everything was perfect. The service is great, very tentative, but not intrusive, friendly, but professional. A total of 10 food courses came with a fantastic balance of flavors and presentation. Wish we had also ordered the wine pairing.
Enjoy an excellent 6-course dinner with excellent food. Well prepared dishes, skillfully executed, combination of flavors that play on regional and international influences. We only found the cheese course that did not seem to be entirely in our desire; the lack of creativity and balance that was so clear in all others. Particularly noteworthy were the juicy lamb, the delicate and crispy pig bell and the scallops. And last but not least the agreed butter with caramelized fennel seeds and bread! Ambience is casual, but elegant. Service is friendly and professional, maybe the plaster could be just a little closer. In any case: excellent standard and food; compared to other places, the merit of at least one star of this quality and execution is consistently delivered.
Very disappointed with the food served yesterday. It was beautifully arranged on the plate but the plates were inconsistent. My variations of asparagus starter included a green asparagus spear that was the size of a chive stalk. That should never have been served. The vegetarian main course consisted of two very salty sautéed carrots, a few blobs of carrot puree, two rolls of carrot shavings and a heaped teaspoonful of dry undercooked couscous. Certainly not worth the menu price.
