Since we couldn't decide on a salad, he offered us a half-and-half mix – very thoughtful! We were also allowed to sample the sauces and choose which ones we wanted, so he was very accommodating in that respect as well. Everything tasted fantastic, and we left feeling very full. Thank you to the lovely gentleman who served us today!

Service is good as long as you don 't set your expectations too high. However, there were some problems: Our account was not given in detail. We don 't know what it cost, how much it cost, how many grams of meat we ate, how much the salad and drinks cost. We couldn 't see the menu. The only thing we saw was the price of each type of meat. Deviations may be possible, I know it is not possible for them to weigh the meat like a jeweler. However, according to our calculations, more meat may have been cut than is reasonable. I say maybe because we still don 't know the price of meat. I know that there are some ethical rules in Germany and people comply with them without exception. And that tipping is not mandatory in Germany. When we asked for the bill, we were told it was a certain amount. We paid cash and the remaining amount was taken directly as a tip, without returning the change. Even though we waited for a while, the change and detailed receipt did not arrive. I could not fit these behaviors into Germany 's attitude I expressed above. Frankly, glitches in the process got in the way of good meat. Once again, I decided not to go here again. I am sad.
