were on recommendation from friends here. the chef is cook and service. there is no food, there is what is freshly cooked and if that is out it is not there anymore. we have breaded and eaten normal boil. Who wants to experience one of the last, completely unadjusted Franconian restaurants in the city area with just as gradnuous Franconian cuisine is at the right place. the chef is a learned metzger and leads the restaurant in second or third generation. cult and master pub of the quarter.
