Large service, staff very friendly, also request are fulfilled. Taxi order, we had booked as a gourmet weekend in the family. our expectations were met. selection and selection of drinks (wine) super and tuned. also changes in the menu sequence(1 person,) due to incompatible, no problem. can only recommend the hotel and the great team. we will come back thanks to Rottners

We were at the gourmet restaurant waidwerk. the food was very good and the wine tasting a great supplement. we had the 6 channels menu that we can best recommend. the service was also top. we like to come back.

I was with a friend from Great Britain for dinner in the restaurant and a night in the hotel. the restaurant is a pure gem. service, hospitality, eating, wein and the entire atmosphere are excellent. they can feel everywhere that this place is owned and operated by a family. we felt very welcome, the service was warm and personal. we had the complete menu with wine pair (and also some beer.) that eating is simply exceptional, not overdue, with the exact regional note they expect here. the wine pairing brought us some beautiful surprises, aka new taste experiences. we spent more than 4 hours eating, drinking, tasting, talking and having a lot of fun. this place is highly recommended if you want to have a good evening or just go for excellent eating.

Superb authentic location, warm and very friendly staff and a food to die for. Everything was perfect we loved every minute there and every bite.

An absolute must for anyone visiting Nuremberg who enjoys fine dining. The restaurant is a little bit outside but worth the trip. My regional fish was cooked to perfection, the menu was a delight to read and the service was some of the best i...have experienced.
