We were caught in the rain while looking for a restaurant to dine in for dinner. We chanced upon this cosy place that turned out to be a place of warmth from the inclement weather. We were greeted with great smiles from the service staff. He was warm, like sunshine, helping us first evening in Nuremburg with the menu. The food was comforting and we especially like the bolognese and tomato soup. The breads with tomato... View all feedback.
What Hertha Jones doesn't like about Cucina al Centro:
every time a dish pasta comes out of this kitchen, a cannavacciuolo dies ... bad kitchen, cooked pasta in a lake looked out and gorgonzola. old salate. prices are absolutely inadequate for quality. View all feedback.
Eating was very good, the waitress was great. they really seem to care about our experience and that we were satisfied with everything. even offered additional cheese without asking us:
We stopped for lunch, let them tell me first, the pizza was very good, and the salat was the first one I could get on her without dressing and could use oily. the problem was that it took almost an hour for our pizza. I don't know if they forgot us, but we sat right near the switch and pizza oven. I personally do not think that the many are large enough to get the seats and the delivery orders. therefore not 5 stars.
As vegetarian, we had some difficult ways to find suitable restaurants that were close to our hotel, so we were glad when we discovered this small place in a quiet street, from one of the lively places. we said there was no need to book and. our preferred time of eating at 7.30, was also agreed. I wish we had warned that they obviously knew their mid September business and knew that they would not stay open very long. we have no complain about eating or wine....the ingwer and carrot soup was especially good and both pasta dishes were very delicious. but as soon as our main courses were served, the general clarification process began. as we sat outside, there was a little atmosphere anyway, but being aware that all the other tables and chairs were disassembled and taken into the house, more pampered the pleasure of your own meal. Of course we were told that we had not to overthrow our food, but when the chef goes past her table with the mülls, you don't feel like taking time over the coffee or maybe ordering a second glass wine. another irritation was that their card machine obviously had problems with ordinary visa debit cards. noting. a real shame that we have chosen this special night.
Lovely little room serving predominantly pasta dishes. Whilst the pasta and antipasta dishes were generous and pleasant enough, there was no danger of award winning cuisine. That said, it was excellent value for money with the bonus of a nice little wine selection to choose...from. I'd go again but more for the quaint little dining room and the charming service.

I give it a 5 star because the service and the smiles just made us feel so welcome! It made us feel like we are at the right place, and that's comforting far away from home.
