While we waited for our order to be taken we saw multiple other tables who were seated after us leave the restaurant due to the long wait times. Not only that but multiple staff members walked by our table many times and did not bat an eye when we tried to get their attention. When our order was finally taken, our food came out quickly and was very good. We waited even longer to get the bill and eventually went to ask about paying. The girl at the counter told us we needed to sit down and wait curtly. We continued to wait and wait for a bill that never came. We eventually went to ask someone else about paying who thankfully cashed us out. However, she was dismissive and seemed bothered to have to be helping us. The food was very good but the service makes the experience not worth it, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

And here are the negative ones the service... read more I was here several times during my stays at Nuremberg. I will start with positive comment food is fine and delicious. And here are the negative ones the service (lady with blond hair) is extremely rude. I had a chance to meet her several times. When I started to speak english she always looked on me like on the idiot. She is not even trying to help someone. It seems she does not like to job (or people) and this is just her “must” to do. The second negative is that I always ordered the same poke bowl with extra mango, and each visit I had been charged with different price for it. By same lady. I would suggest you to replace this lady with someone else if you would like to have more customers. I have not experience this behavior anywhere. Hope my comment will not be deleted as it stated in several comments below my comment. Thank you!
