Was Anonym at Hunt Gather a mag?
We stopped into Hunt Gather for lunch asn were very pleasantly surprised. They had enough vegan options to make choosing our lunch more interesting. We had our dogs so we took our food away but the dine in menu was vegan and interesting. They were happy to tailor our order even adding chips that were not on the take away menu. All in all we'll be back the next time we visit Nowra. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Hunt Gather:
Maybe it's because the staff were trying to shut the joint early on Christmas Eve but when we arrived at midday they were pretty rude and rushed telling us the kitchen was shut. This left us with the falafel rolls as takeaway options after informing us not to expect them toasted, not that I'd asked for that and they were tasty enough but overpriced at $15 each in a brown bag. As someone who is not from the area, I was in search of a restaurant that serves fresh and healthy food. I will definitely be returning to this cafe when I am in Nowra! The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and while the space isn't large, it is big enough. It may not be ideal for bringing a pram inside, for example. I was greeted with a smile and received lovely, fast, and friendly service throughout my visit. I only tried items from the breakfast menu, but the Avo Bruschetta and hot chocolate were delicious. There are also plenty of gluten-free and vegetarian options available. I left very satisfied and will definitely be back!
The restaurant consistently serves delicious and nutritious dishes. They offer great coffee, have a welcoming staff, and provide a menu that caters to a variety of dietary preferences and restrictions.
While passing through the small town on Anzac Day, we couldn't find coffee anywhere else.
Really enjoyed having lunch here today.. Good coffees, nice music, very friendly happy faced staff .. recommend. Juices are yummy
Some really good food coming out of this place. Stopped en route back to Sydney from a long weekend in Mollymook. Hunt Gather has a vast menu of freshly prepared items that were of a high quality. I really enjoyed my stop here.
