I’ve been here a few times. The food is great, doesn’t taste nearly as healthy as it is! Most items are low carb and high protein. There are so many options like gluten free waffles, gluten free crepes, shakes, protein coffee and more. All low carb. Some options are not gluten free, so be sure to ask.

The owner was super friendly and explained the menu with excellent care and instruction.Prices pretty consistent with other protein places.

This is a family owned small business that takes pride in their product and service. On my first time here they took the time to give me an in-depth tour of their menu including speaking on the ingredientes and nutrition facts of their food. They have many gluten free and dairy free options! Free samples of their donuts were delicious and the customer service was energetic and helpful. The Berry Bowl I got was delicious and fresh! The establishment is clean, has ample seating that includes high top tables, bar seating, tables, and plush chairs and a sofa. Music is upbeat but not overwhelming and adds atmosphere to the space. I will definitely be back to try the rest of their menu!

Awesome food and drink for post workout. Kiwi strawberry and piña colada drink is very, very sweet, but I love it! The berry bowl was absolutely amazing, and I am definitely coming back again.

Had the waffles and the Snickers shake. They were both delicious. Would recommend this uf you are looking to eat something absolutely delicious that is also healthy.
