We must have waited close to 15+ minutes to get our food the last time we went through. And frankly, I am less then impressed with the food, Five Guys on their worst day is way better then this chain. I am sorry Culver's I have given you multiple chances to get it right and in the end you never did. I cannot recommend this establishment.
